How do I get vet advice?

Once you’ve downloaded the app and logged in, simply tap the ‘Ask a vet’ button. You can then choose how you’d like to ask a vet, which could either be a video recording (especially useful if you want to show us the area of concern), text or picture upload. When you’re done, hit the send button and you’ll receive a response in minutes from one of our expert vets.

What about out-of-hours help?

Crumb Vet operates 24/7 so whether you are worried first thing in the morning or at midnight, we are always here to support you no matter how big or small your question about your pet is.

What can I ask Crumb Vet?

Don’t be afraid to ask our vets anything! If it is important to you then it is important to us.

Can I use Crumb Vet in an emergency?

The Crumb Vet app should not be used if your pet is in distress, or in life-threatening situations. If you feel that this is an emergency, or your pet suddenly deteriorates, please contact your vet practice or out-of-hours provider straight away.
