How does the tag work?

Each tag features a unique QR code on the back which links to your pet's profile. The profile contains all of the necessary information to get your pet returned safely to you, which you'll set up after your tag arrives in the post.

Is the tag safe?

Absolutely - there are no batteries or electronics used in Crumb tags, so you can rest assured that they’re safe to wear around your pet’s neck.

How much does it cost?

Shipping costs £2.95 and comes with next-day delivery if ordered on a weekday before 4 pm.

Which pets can use the tag?

Dogs and cats are the most popular Crumb tag wearers, but the tag works with any pet that wears a collar.

How does it work with multiple pets?

Crumb tags link to an online pet profile which houses all of the information needed to find your lost pet. Each tag has a unique QR code on it, especially for your pet, and when the tag is scanned the pet profile appears (no app required). On the pet profile, the scanner can notify the owner of the pet’s exact location and use the contact details to get in touch with the owner.
