Yes! You can order up to 5 Crumb tags completely free - you just pay a small shipping fee. To access all features, you can opt-in to our Premium subscription, which gives your pet the very best chance of getting home safe.

Each Crumb tag has a unique QR code. When someone finds your pet and scans the code, they'll see your contact details and can alert you instantly with the pet's GPS location.

We offer free lifetime replacements for all Crumb tags. If your tag is ever lost, damaged, or worn out, we'll send you a new one at no extra cost.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most UK orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
